We moved to Dubuque, Iowa, to enjoy our retirement, drawn by the promise of family, affordability, and the scenic beauty of the area. Soon after settling in, an exciting opportunity came our way: the chance to open our very own ice cream shop. We couldn’t resist! We’ve been thrilled by the warm welcome we’ve received from the Dubuque community, and are loving the opportunity to get to know the wonderful people and the charm of this beautiful city.
